If using DIM for the first time is it best to start out with 100 mg or can u go to 250 mg per dose?
Is it possible to crash Estradiol on this supplement?
Anyone have experience with DIM ?
Its not advised to be on an AI while using this from what I read. Is this the case?

I don't believe that DIM itself will crash E2, but taking an AI with DIM certainly can. I think this is due to the different mechanisms of action - DIM speeds up the metabolism of E2, but doesn't necessarily lower it so your body can get rid of what it has quicker. Whereas AI's reduce the aromatisation to E2 and hence lower the amount of E2 you have.

My main concern with DIM would be the transition period.
I.e. coming off the A.I. and dealing with Estrogen rebound at first till the DIM kicks in.

I suppose the benefit of DIM would be that it would reduce the time of the rebound and help you clear the E2 rebound quicker once it stabilizes. Just a thought but you could try starting DIM (low dose) at the same time that you take your last AI dose and up the dose over the next 3 days to your desired full dose. Not sure if this would help or not though.
