Dinner Time!

can someone post a couple of meals for dinner which would be about 1 hour before training (bulking) for me. Im good for breakfast and lunch and after training which is 2 scoops muscle milk and 1 scoop ON whey/water. and eat again about 2 more times, but cant get a regulated dinner down.
no more steak!
