Disproportionate muscles (Left and right arm)

My left part is much weaker that my right one, especially arms (biceps, triceps and shoulders). I work out in gym for several months already and i feel some progress. however it would be inetersting to know if are there some special technique to make a balance in these muscles. May be i should train more my left arm? Thank you
 
Don't use barbells, stick with dumbells use the same weight for each arm.
Say your doing tricep kickbacks 12 reps on each arm do your weaker arm first then your stronger one and make sure you can do the same rep for each side if not drop the weight, it will eventually even out. Your naturally stronger on one side so when using a barbell your body will use the stronger side more. Also do core work and learn to use your transverse abdominals when you first start training your back will thank you in the long run.
