nice, thats when i was graduating from HS.
Well FUCK ME...really now I'll spell the word out FUCK me.
MY bloat stretched my skin it has blown out my ab muscles/ separated them hence my stomach wall protrudes like a hernia if I push.
The last test we did.. The SIBO test. A breath test to tell the balance of bad bacteria...FUCKING NEGATIVE . No abundance of bad bacteria.
Hernia or What
So I had reported back some on post #225 that the bloat had now blown out this huge hernia. THe doctor said no it is not a hernia as the typical that we all know about. Where you stomach wall opens and the tissue comes thru and can get strangulated ....
What has happened is my ab muscles due to this bloat pressure ( as I said , so bad at times it was stretching my skin) have separated. When I push and given certain positions my stomach wall protrudes out between my ab muscles. It has caused a separation.
Looking back at a photo ( years ago) when doing a pose I / you can see the formation of my abs and in the center there is a natural void to the array of muscles. The constant bloat stretching my belly out and rounded just pulled the ab muscle back until they separated. I can flex and push in going across my stomach left to right and I feel muscle , soft no muscle and then back to muscle.
See herniated photo and my old picture to which I think will tell the story.

Can't help but think that if I kept up my ab work maybe it would not have separated.
GOOD NEWS:
I have a doctors appointment for Monday with my Gastro doctor and he is going to hook me up with a Dietician covered by my insurance
For a week now my stomach hasn't been quite as bloated as the bad days previously. I still always have some bloat 24/7 and still some stomach aches.
I believe that the changing of my diet from the input of DPR and a few others has had the positive effect. Now hopefully the dietician will systematically weed it all out.

Good to hear, thanks for the update. Have you lost any weight?
Ya know Milton my man I had lost about 6-7 pounds those day I didn't eat due to the crazy bloat. Also I just was not hungry.
AS I have stated I on other posts I am still on a maintenance dose of Testosterone. So I got myself some Prop ( I like plugging in prop) and it totally enhanced my appetite and I have been eating much more so I may have put some weight back on.
Again don't bash me guys for still doing a little test when not training but it helps my energy, appetite and helps me feel a bit younger. Who ever said Steroids weren't addictive to a drug addict.
MY new lab has some real good gear.
Plenty of people on trt that don't workout.
Plus I think your not supposed to workout during late term pregnancy;-)
Bump.
How you doin mike?
