Disteended Stomach while on cycle ?

Is it this way all the time, or do you have considerably less bloat upon waking? I'm thinking you have developed a food allergy/sensitivity if there's a great difference at waking.

Dairy products such as cheese can trigger lactose intolerance just as much as milk. I totally agree with the suggestion regarding enzymes and a probiotic. If this isn't the case, try eliminating allergens one at a time. Gluten is the next biggest offender as mentioned above, followed by soy.

Keep us posted brother!

A tablespoon of organic apple cider is good for alkalinity

Good old fashioned ACV is nothing short of a wonder tonic... it's amazing stuff.

I have grade IV arthritis in botn elbows and after 3 months drinking ACV the pain and symptoms were non-existent!

Don't take my word for it, ask Ranulph Fiennes - bedridden for ages before he started using it - the rest is history!

Hi Ben, Thanks for your concerns. I will tell you that I got a lemon last evening and started to us it. I put it into my Gatorade drink. Assuming that's not a problem.

In answer to Halfwit's Q's It does go down quite a bit over night and of course if I don't fill up eating. I mean just eating normally it blows up. Just because of it's really there however it always fluctuates. It is never right.

I do eat a lot of cheese, I love cheese. I am not educated at all in regard to gluten. I'll start reading up on that subject. Call me stupid ( no don't do that :) )but the gluten think just was never anything that I thought I needed to know about.

What do I do, or buy for the probiotics , again just never thought I needed anything. :dunno:

I'll look into everything you guys said.

But what about the HCG question? This is where I came up with the AAS theory ? I don't have the site address for you but it was about Ronnie Coleman and others that have distended stomachs from AAS.

Bigben please Google" bodybuilders distended stomach"

I think I had this wrong about HGH. I don't use it.

I am not eating a lot of calories now, yet. But I will when my SSD check comes in next week. I'm wondering how I will be able to do that when even a little food is uncomfortable.

Anyway I'll start looking at what you n Halfwit and a few others said.
Thank .......OMM

Ok Ben, I looked into Ranulph Fiennes - bedridden and read this and it sounds good, the AVC n Honey. I will look into the health food store and ask. I'll bet these guys know about this. The heath store here in G'ville has some very knowledgeable people. Some of the old hippies and earth types... LOL and very educated from UF.

I'll talk to them about the probiotics. :wavey

PS: Guys I don't drink... not a beer gut or due to alcohol.

I would certainly avoid upping your calorie intake until this problem is addressed Mike.

Firstly, try and take the lemon in warm water on waking, don't mix it with sugary drinks, remember this is supposed to alkalize your body, the sugars will not be helping.

Secondly, I sincerely doubt that your issues are from using HGH or AAS - the bodybuilders you refer to are all at the top of their game and will no doubt be taking ridiculous amounts of HGH and insulin daily - which I doubt you are.

Like I said, my money would be on issues with your digestive tract - which will undoubtedly be helped by taking probiotics, digestive enzymes, fibre and upping alkilinity.

Be sure when buying your probiotics, you get a premium brand - and don't go for the cheaper option.

Not sure if they sell 'Udo's choice' products where you live - but their 'Super 8' Probiotic is top class - I use their digestive enzymes too.

You're near Greenville???

Awesome place, I worked there for a month - way back in the day - coaching soccer to the local youngsters and females.

I was visiting a friend who was studying at Clemson University and the job just kinda happened - so I stayed a while. :)

OH no, I should of spelled it out... Gainesville, FL I always think everyone knows the abbreviation, lol

I'm so glad you told me about the lemon drink. Remember I really am uneducated when it comes to dieting. That's why I never talk of it except to tell guys to get a good diet. Unfortunately I have good advice sometimes and don't listen to myself. :(

My wife (ex) lives 3 doors away we still are best buddies and we spend time everyday together so she's been watching my stomach and ya know she always tries to blame steroids on everything.

I have to get some protein powder, ran out a few weeks ago, remember a SS disability income. NO prob with the protein powder? Back three years ago ( see Avi pic) I was having some bloating and thought is was the Protein and milk or the Creatine. I stopped the Creatine and ??? then I slowed the mik issue with the Protein powder.

I don't remember what happened but I did get it down some and I was leaning out and abs were looking ok. But I haven't had milk in a week but a very lot of cheese. Fvck I'm a mess I know....be nice lol

Hey, I had this exact same issue. I actually had a HUGE problem during prep for my last competition. I could not get the bloating down, and I was in a considerable amount of discomfort. My coach and I worked through some of the issues, but I was until months later I found out what it was. I had developed MULTIPLE food allergies or digestion problems dealing with specific nutrients. Wheat Bran, Oats, Whey protein (Even the expensive isolate), Some fibrous veggies, anything with gluten., and more. It gets far worse without enough carbs or fiber, hence the digestion issues during prep.

The funny part about all this is I never had any issues before. They just started to pop up and gradually got worse. I was insanely bloated and ended up getting an MRI to make sure nothing sinister was at play. My doctor gave the catch-all diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome.

My issues didn't improve until I started taking a critical look at EVERYTHING I was eating. I ended up being very surprised at what I couldn't eat anymore, or needed to keep to a minimum.

I take probiotics, eat plenty of greek yogurt with live cultures, and drink plenty of water. I'm 33 years old, and like I said, this came out of nowhere. Good luck my man.

Oh, and knowing what I could and could not eat made a huge improvement. Just want to give you some light at the end of the tunnel!

I'm guessing you are running a gluten-free diet now BTC?

Oh Mike, I forgot to mention L-Glutamine... an awesome amino acid for gut health.

You're probably supplementing L-Glutamine already, but up your dose to 15-20g daily.

Yep this is going to be a project for sure because me being a shinny Ectomorph all my life and a hard gainer I have always eaten ANYTHING I want. Except for show prep. OMG that was just so fvcking painful for me .

Thanks for your input here. It seems that everyone is on the same page to a degree. My diet !

I'll look into the probiotics and I love yogurt but I'll read the labels I'll stop milk and cheese for now. The probiotics will cost $$ and I have "0" zero till Monday. Fuck on SSD ...Zero.

I'll get my protein powder and mix with juice . I'll be on the Lemon.

Ok guys Off to the Gym. I appreciate all you guys :)

Raw milk, I keep forgetting its harder to find up yonder. man if you love sugar then theres your answer, lay off it it and see what happens.

How about organic/raw cheese? ;) Maybe that would help out bro.

I haven't completely cut it out. I can eat some wheat products, but they're usually highly processed. Its when I start getting into whole grains I start having a ton of trouble. I can occasionally indulge in foods that give me issues, it's when I start using them on a daily basis that I have problems. That's why it was tough finding out what was bothering me. I might have a little gas with something, but eat it two days in a row, or even three, and boom! All sorts of foods we're sneaking up on me. I'd be fine one day, and dying the next. It's a process for sure.

The good part about all of this is that I've become a food label reader. I know exactly what I'm putting in my body because I can't afford not to. It's lead to better awareness, which has been good for overall health.

*Apparently I still haven't figured out how to post, this was in response to BIG BEN!

Nobody is going to call you stupid Mike, it's impossible to know everything about everything - so only a hypocrite would do so.

Just try one food at a time for at least a week. A month is what most allergists recommend from what I've seen, but I'm pretty sure you'll know pretty quickly based on your symptoms.

"GH/roid gut" is mostly a bullshit myth made from pics of bodybuilders with diastasis of the abdominals (separation of them) that cut down using low carb diets up to a show - then to gorge on high glucose spiking carbs the day of for glycogen replenishment. This sudden change in body chemistry causes their abdomens to swell from the gas. It's just far more noticeable on extremely shredded men.

There is an issue with HUGE doses of HGH, as there are documented cases where organs and hands/head have grown, not only causing a strange appearance - but causing a distended abdomen. (heavy lifting can cause this too if core muscles are weak)

I'm totally betting this is diet related bud. It's dumb how our bodies do this without warning. Hell, I LOVE spicy food, and have enjoyed Tabasco on my breakfast as long as I can remember. I remember being on T3, and after breakfast, I had to IMMEDIATELY go take a crap. This happened every single time I had a breakfast that wasn't a shake. At first I thought it was the T3 causing IBS, but after slowly removing things (T3 was the first to go, which had no effect), I discovered that it was the Tabasco.

Years of enjoying pepper sauce, now it's a challenge to see how fast I can make it to the restroom afterwards. :(

privatemdlabs has an allergy panel that covers some of the big known food allergens. I react to corn and wheat, but good on everything else/
