Hi there, I used to be a frequent hard gainer, the only thing I wanted was to be able to go up sizes like everyone else, which easy for them and very hard for me because of my body type, how much I ate, how much I could eat, and as well having a very high metabolism. Recently in the last few months, I have been able to put on a decent amount of weight, through more strict dieting, and with the use of probiotics, I could easily pack on the pounds. But now, it almost seems like it was in vain, I have gone from 155lbs 2% BMI, up to 180lbs 7% BMI, but most of my weight is accumulating in my stomach area, and even with regular exercise it doesn't distribute evenly to my chest, legs, arms, or shoulders. I have had ridiculously toned abs before, and still do, but they are layered under a semi-thick slab of fat. Does anyone know how or why this happens? How do you bulk, and have the weight evenly distribute, or does it just take time for the weight to even out? I'm not in any hurry to shred the fat, and I'm also not stopping my weight gain until I get to or above 200lbs. Also, I don't look like I'm fat, I have the same frame, but occasionally people say I have a big gut lol.
Weight Training 3-4 Times/week (Working towards 6/week)
Typically not much cardio, but my job requirement is very active
Rethinking, would a neoprene belt have any advantage here?
