Distribution of Body Fat (Belly)

Methodology

I am banned!
Hi there, I used to be a frequent hard gainer, the only thing I wanted was to be able to go up sizes like everyone else, which easy for them and very hard for me because of my body type, how much I ate, how much I could eat, and as well having a very high metabolism. Recently in the last few months, I have been able to put on a decent amount of weight, through more strict dieting, and with the use of probiotics, I could easily pack on the pounds. But now, it almost seems like it was in vain, I have gone from 155lbs 2% BMI, up to 180lbs 7% BMI, but most of my weight is accumulating in my stomach area, and even with regular exercise it doesn't distribute evenly to my chest, legs, arms, or shoulders. I have had ridiculously toned abs before, and still do, but they are layered under a semi-thick slab of fat. Does anyone know how or why this happens? How do you bulk, and have the weight evenly distribute, or does it just take time for the weight to even out? I'm not in any hurry to shred the fat, and I'm also not stopping my weight gain until I get to or above 200lbs. Also, I don't look like I'm fat, I have the same frame, but occasionally people say I have a big gut lol.

Weight Training 3-4 Times/week (Working towards 6/week)
Typically not much cardio, but my job requirement is very active

Rethinking, would a neoprene belt have any advantage here?

same problem here man,how old are you btw? i will be 46 in a couple of months myself and i have the same problem,,i can gain easy, but dammit alot goes in my stomach,i think alot of it is cortisol and stress,my diet is ok,i mean i eat most of my complex carbs before 2pm,then after working out,i'll eat an apple with my protein shake, then its green beans, spinach etc after 2pm,plus i do cardio 3 days a week,i dont know what the deal is,im going tomorrow for blood test, and getting my cortisol levels checked to see if that might be causing some of it,and dammit i hate that little extra fat in my stomach area

I'm only 26, so I've got not much to worry, I assume its gonna take some time for me to convert fat to muscle, but I thought a neoprene belt with the yohimbe gel would totally do the trick. Your not gonna lose the weight, its not gonna magically vanish off your body, but its not gonna be on your stomach once your done using it.

doubt its cortisol and stress, i am a stresshead and my abs r without doubt my strongest point. Unfortunetly like everything else i think its genetical were u store ur fat i no dudes who store in thier arms for example or thighs or anywere inbeetween . Majority of men do store around the mid section goes back to the hunter gatherer days. use are not alone .
