DNP cycle

Hi Ladies!

So I know this is a very touchy topic, so please understand that I know this stuff can be very dangerous if you don't know what you are doing.
I still have gobs and gobs of research to do before I even consider or attempt running a cycle of DNP.

With that said, does any lady here have experience with this stuff? Restuls? Side effects, etc? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Also where to get this?

I am off season right now (figure), diet is in check, not taking any other supplements other than vitamins and such.
STATS:
140 lbs
5'2"
20%BF (maybe 25%)

Thanks ladies!

my GF just did a cycle not long ago. she got hives, and bad. It wasnt until the end so i think it was from a build up, not from her dose, which was under 400mg ED.

Benadryl wouldnt help, she had to use ZYRTEC, its the only thing that made them go away. not everyone gets them. i would suggest running Zyrtec the whole way through, starting 3 days prior to cycle.

DNP is not as dangerous as everyone makes it out to be.

You WILL sweat at times and from places you have never sweat from before, thats the toughest part i think. going through the sweats during your normal daily routine and the fatigue.

Hey thanks OAK!
Wow 400mg seems like a lot, but I'm still learning this stuff. Most forums I read gals started at 150mg and built up to no more than 300. Still lots of research to do.

What were her results like? Did she use all the suggested supplements and vitamins while on it? Was her diet carb rich?

Thanks a million =)

Check my thread in the Steroid Cycle forum. I'm running it now, day 10. Was running at 600 and bumped down to 400. If your DNP is pure and not underdosed, 400 will be a LOT for 140lbs, IMHO. I'd think 200 would be sufficient drawn out over 21 days or so. The first few days of my cycle I was sweating uncontrollably all day and all night. Soaking through sheets and blankets and pillows. You need the right supplementation to go along with it. Most of what you need to know is in my thread.

it was a capped product. it was crystaline. i cant remember exactly but i think it was actually around 180mg per pill of pure DNP and she wanted to go to 2, so i said go for it.

she did not take any supplements just the zyrtec once she got the hives. she doesnt listen to me all that well :D

her results were great she lost like 10 lbs in 14 days. and yes she still ate some carbs.

I dropped 10 lbs in 10 days at 600mg. Yesterday I started getting a massive rash and I've taken like 8 benadryl in the last 24 hours, lol. Didn't get a rash my first run on DNP but apparently it isn't uncommon at all to have an allergic reaction on later cycles. It's an itchy red rash and upon scratching it, it all raises up in hives. Sucks a lot, stopping my cycle a couple days early because the normal sides of DNP are enough to handle in the first place...throw in hives on top of it all and it's totally miserable.

EPOXY get some zyrtec bro-it works

gotta get the name brand stuff too-sometimes generic doesnt work for everybody

DNP works but you're playing Russian Roulette. Often bad effects won't be seen for months till after the cycle. I would never reccomend this or do it.

Best of luck and be safe in your decisions.

Huh just eating less and being active can drop 1 pound per day... I just lost 10lbs in 10 days 2 months ago using coffee alone. (stupid to lose weight to fast, wouldn't do it again) From what I read about DNP that's frightening stuff... and that some bad effects/diseases appear only years later (like young guys getting cataracts). Plus muscle loss that occurs. Wouldn't touch it.
Plus think of what that stuff can do to your face! "Insecticide ladies" I mean...killing that precious facial fat layer really fast and harsh = nasolabial folds + wrinkles, looking old, having to get face lift/prcedures, that stuff gives really aged appearance.
I read of some trainer saying their trainee lost 1lb of fat and 9lbs of muscle on DNP, it sounds like claims that DNP preserves muscle mass is bull.

Chickened out with the sides I read on. So I decided to just let good ole fashioned diet and cardio strip off the fat :dunno:

Thanks everyone for all your input!!:blue:

Could it cause cancer? It's carcinogenic correct? Like taking TNT! This sounds like something I would like your thinking right??? Wrong, even crazy me wont do this~!!!
