ive run it several times and tried low carb , high carb , low dose , high dose, etc . and i personally am loving what im doing now . im running 200mg 5 days per week along with 12.5 mcg and eca combined with a clean diet no calorie counting carbs are fairly low but not enough to go keto , im doing moderate cardio 3-5 days a week no more than 40 minutes and some days as low as 20 . ive run 600 mg ed before and lost a pound a day but felt like crap and sweating was unreal , with my current cycle i feel fine very little extra sweating ive got the energy to work and hit the gym and im loosing 3-4 pounds a week .
