DNP was the worst stuff to decrease BF i never ran. benefits/vs/sides are awesomely against DNP. the fact is than the level of DNP in blood can vary indenpently of the dosage you take, then 300mg in morning never be the same than 3X100mg during the day.

I got night sweat, but nothing comaprable as tren, it was more likely as a fever.
DNP make your breath uncomfortable, it make you heart-beat accelaration sore, owesome headaches... the skin react differently to, you could get inflammation.
the ingest start to begin sore fater 4 day of DNP running.

I can quote here all the dises i got from mine DNP, either watter-retention and sore stomach... and very BAD stuff imo.

PS: mine was 99% christalin 100mg per caps.

You must have been taking way too much. DNP is tricky because a very small dose is not very effective, the right dose is extremely effective, and a little more than the right dose you feel like you're going to die.

I ran DNP a few times and I think it is by far the best out there to lean up. Start by taking 200mg before bed. Put down towels cause you will sweat alot while you sleep and you need at least one fan on your face, ideally a second fan blowing over your body. Do 200mg Sunday-Thursday and take off Friday and Saturday. If you want you can do this 2 weeks in a row but then take at least 2 weeks off. If 200mg is tolerable you can consider uping to 300mg. If 300mg is tolerable you can go to 400mg (thats what I take). Everyone has a different responsivity to it though. So 400mg for me might be what Kane gets from 200mg. You have to titrate onto it slowly, like I said a small change in dose makes a big change in your body. Some people say it is so effective that you might as well eat whatever you want while your on it cause you'll definitely loose weight. I say do it right. I eat a ketogenic diet, 1200-1500calories Sunday-thursday while I'm on it. Friday and Saturday I carb up - pancakes, cereal, waffels, etc. If you do it for 2 weeks you'll drop a few percentage points BF, definitely.

Possible, what i forgot to say is than 2 weeks after the cycle, i was sweating as well, so i would like to say than a drug than your body is not able to clear ( as well in strong dosage, it mean in "overdose") is bad drug.

after a research i've read than DNP was drug which was admited by FDA and was rejected some weeks later in cause of death potency.

i would advice nobody to use it as i did. so a low dose as you explain could be usefull but : AS NOBODY IS EVERYBODY you will never know what is the correct average dosage to take. it will vary person to person. wiked.
 
many have used dnp effectively and relatively safely . low and slow is the key , big doses increase sides and dangers more than weight loss. i hate to see anyone take more than 400 mg ed
 
It kinda surprises me people use DNP, and why Dan Duchaine even introduced it to BBing in the 90's. Then again people smoke Crystal Meth which is made of household chemicals, shits fucked up.

It seems like people will go to any lengths to shave a little BF% Shit, I mean why not just clean up your diet, do a lot of cardio and maybe take some Anavar if you have to.

Correct me if im wrong but isn't DNP used as a Fungicide, insectaside, a DYE, herbacide and the best yet an explosive as an alternative to TNT. Whats next Rocket Fuel in PWO shakes.

(1) yes, not the same way though, in a watter solution and something added.

(2) No, it have been found in th research of an alternative, but it worth nothing as an explosive.

Yes sure, but admit than is not easy to say which the exact dosage for everybody, is quite impossible, what is low for you, could be enormous for each others person...

for decrease BF, i never used nothing after that...

So wheni finish up my 10wk cycle of test cyp do you think it would be something useful to help lean up or would i be better just watching the calories and upping the cardio, I ask becasue this is my first cycle and ive heard mix stories about how to clean up after a cycle.

What was told to me by a Vet here on the board was to tighten up the diet even more after cycle and maybe take some trib and BCAA powder.
 
DNP, is the best there is man.....noone can argue that. Its effect on fatloss is undeniable and borderline magic. In uppwards dosages, you can eat whatever you want and still lose significant amounts of BF. I would advise anyone to still maintain a clean diet as not to shortchange the fatloss that occurs on dnp. If one is going to use such a chemical, it would be their best bet to get the most benefit out of it, and not go on an all out binge....which is pretty easy to do knowing that you will still lose fat, but most certainly not as much fat as you would lose if your not a pussy and still dieted.
 
Diet! Anavar and or some winstrol should be good for most. But if someone needs explosives to lose BF why not just smoke meth, lol. C,mon man DNP that shits harsh as a mo-fo! Eat right and train smart you dont need Nitros. DNP can be harsh.
 
But anavar and winstrol would be used in another cycle right? I was under the impression that dnp was something to be used like ephedra. And pleaes understand i believe the best way to learn is through extensive research and quesions from the pros so dont take my question asking as ignorance.
 
Diet+Tren+Clen+T3= incredible results. And a hell of alot safer than dnp.
