I have a bulging l4 l5 disc

I had incredible results with a very light use of t bol

I eat vegan diet. and am experienced in yoga, meditation, boxing, and lighter weights.

I know how to set the right pace. 30 years old, low body fat. flexible. 193 cm six four.

When i got the results i was crushed, but i still feel like stretching and light weights are the only thing keeping the
pain

from being too much.

I thought t bol would help.

any advices?

im not going to do microdisectomy, although, the doc says i should.

I have a doctor in beijing who is highly qualitfied and he said i shouldn't do surgery.

I am open to using steroids, or drugs, and i know i need to eat healthy and take it easy and do physio.

Many thanks..

heyasshole.

Anabolic steroids are not ani-inflammatory steroids that are used to treat these types of injuries..

Your experienced doc should order a spinal injection in the l4 disc area directly .. You will get immediate results

The injection should be an epidural steroid injection. Not in the disc space. The shots usually contain something like lidocaine with cortisone for immediate relief while cortisone kicks in. 70% of herniated discs heal on their own. It sucks in the meantime. But you say you have a bulging disc which means it hasn't herniated but is still causing pain. The pain consistent with that level usually runs down back of thigh across the front of lower quad and down the anterior calf toward big toe. I think degenerative disease is genetic for sure and environment secondarily. I'm curious to see what time will tell us the effects of processed foods and/or grain on degenerative disc disease. There's a spine surgeon named Jack Kruse who is a believer in the degeneration of our joints etc due to grain/processed foods. He's out there on some things but has my attention on eating Paleo

Best of luck managing your spine health brother
