Do ANYTHING POSSIBLE to work for a 6 pack...

The Pitbull is within...
I am doing fairly well 3 weeks into cutting, but still want that 6 pack bad.
I started the 5x5 ab routine (KILLER!) and am noticing a difference.

What are everyone's secrets??
Please respond if you KNOW how to or HAVE a visible 6 pack!!

i just found out that ab muscle are made of fast fiber muscles so u need to increase resistance for them to grow...
 
Low reps for ab workouts, and not wearing a belt all day does great. I didn't work my abs all winter and got up to 15% bf and still had a strong 4 pack because I don't depend on a belt and do most heavy lifts standing if possible. Stabalizing the body while pressing 200+ lbs is a ab workout in and of itself.

He'd change oil & fix a whole host of minor stuff for a 6 PACK !!!!! :) That fucker would crawl under your car and put in a clutch for a case of beer.
Then he ran into some money...Shit you couldn't get him to change a wiper blade for a $100 after that.:mad: fat fucker:40oz:
 
Alot of anything on this game is genetics and sure you can do certain things to help but I can see my six pack even when at a 36 inch waste. I had one when I was 12 and never did any situps. Do heavy rope crunches, bicycle kicks and roman chair, those are the number one exercises on the EMG tests they do and adding weight will help bring out your ab muscles giving them a more pronounced look. I would also keep your reps at 15-20 and if you feel like you can do more reps you are not trying hard enough.
