Do ground corn tortillas have bad carbs?

Anything ground up is "bad." This is a form of pre-digestion doing the stomachs work for it, meaning it changes the GI index of the item in question.

If you are looking for a strict diet you dont eat breads or tortillas, even that fancy 9 grain bull.

Bro. Try and stay away from "man"ipulated foods. That includes tortilas and any other processed foods. Keep them to a minimum. They don't have as much nutrition as nonprocessed foods, higher on the GI scale, and have more chemicals in them than you can shake a stick at. Eat good foods like veggies, fruits(early in day is best for fruits), organic beef and chicken if poss, fish, turkey, unsalted nuts, almond butter etc. Eating clean like this keeps a more natural body PH, helps joints feel better, helps bone density (highly acidic foods need (cokes) rely on calcium phosphates to bring the PH back down and that comes from bones and will keep you healthier and feeling better. My .02.
