Newbie here. Been reading a lot on juicing a couple of years now , traing about 4 on and off and always have taut about juicing but keep bottling it. A couple of mates are juicing the last year or so and are in top top shape which is edging me towards going for it. If I was to I'd be doing a test only cycle for 8-10 weeks.
A few questions If I do:
I would be doing 1-2 cycles a year max! Is that ok as in would I still stay in decent shape and size when I come off it? If my post cycle therapy (pct) trainig and diet are perfect?
Is it possible to do 2 cycles and stop for good and still keep some of the gains?
I've seen a mate that was cycling for 10 weeks and was fucking jacked but when he stopped he shrunk very quick which is a bit scary ?
Also if everything is done correctly, post cycle therapy (pct) , can it really cause serious harm to you?
I know some people over exaggerate but if I was to do a couple of cycles and stopped and trained naturally could I have after effects down the line?
