id say you run a slow measured cut, without sacrificing strength - just counting calories and watching protein intake to guard against losing muscle - bro, you're packing some beef. you'll look bigger than me once you cut some bf and start showing all that hard work off. you're in the spot guys are working hard and training to be at, right fuckin now

op get your shit together, research these boards, ask lots of questions..

come up with a diet/training plan for your pct, then dial in your diet and training and work your way up to being really ready for a solid cycle..

by then, you'll have made enough friends and been around long enough to get a line on some decent gear. hit me up in 4-6 months and tell me what you've done and what your future plans are.. if you've worked hard and shown some fucking guts and character - ill point you in the right direction personally.

you seem like you're listening to these guys, open minded and willing to learn..

Now is the time to abuse creatine and a preworkout like multiplex by gat, it will get you tweeking on weights. Or what ever preworkout you like that one is the strongest I have used in a long time. If money is the thing they have noxplode you get 60 servings for around 35.00 .

Yes he needs to eat and should stay FAR away from gear until he is 180-190 ish..

We all make mistakes when we first start off.
 
If you're cycling for size then in my opinion, you aren't big enough to worry about gear yet. If you are an endurance athlete then that's a diff story.
