I have been working out for 4-5 years now. Did juice when I was 18, I know I should not have done it so early in life but can't change that now. Anyhow I have taken a rest from the gym after 6 months and just started back about month and half ago. I am alittle outta shape. I am 6'1 245lbs and need to lose some bf. So my question is if I am trying to gain my old muscle and lose some bf, would creatine prevent me from lose the bf due to the water weight?
