will doing bis tris forearms together, chest and back together, shoulders traps lats together, abs bliques legs together do any harm? or should i stick to chest tris, back bis etc?

I prefer push/pull (ie. Bi's/Tri's) over Major/minor (ie. Back/Bi's) but to each their own. Mix it up, try different groupings til you find one that helps you grow then when it slows down mix it up again.

so it doesnt actually matter what you train together aslong as you train every muscle in your workouts over the week?

No, you don't have to. Its simply that a bicep is warmed up with pulling movements, and a tricep is warmed up with pressing.

With that in mind, I would not burn out my triceps immediately before a bench day and I would not burn out my biceps immediately before back day.

Yes and no. Variety is key, I rarely do the same workout twice.
The body adapts quickly which can make your gains plateau.
Switch it up, learn new routines, don't sacrifice intensity, stay consistent.

There's no rule.

I prefer to train bi's + tri's together, but that's my preference. It's all about finding out what works better for you, and what you personally prefer.

I woudn't change them up that fast, you want some continuity so that you can build on your progress from week to week. Once you start to slow down in gains or plateau then you switch it up, whether its the number of reps/weight, the order of your exercises or doing completely different lifts.

Ive tried and dont personally like the back/bi, chest/tri routine, but it all depends on what your goals are. My personal opinion is that, if you finish a chest or back workout and still have enough energy to do tris or bis, you didnt didnt train hard enough. The only thing i combine in the same day are bi/tri. Its like a leg day, if you can even think about doing another muscle group, you better go back and squat some more. Sure i do cheat somedays and dont follow this religously but its all in theory. Of course it depends on your goals and what youre training for too.

I will work with barbells one week, dumbell's
the next, cables, smith machine. ect.
Learn how to do a bunch of exercises.
Focus on form over the amount of weight
you can lift.
