Do you just have to power through being hungry when cutting?

Start there, remember it's a fairly slow process. Trying to rush it is just gonna make you frustrated and get you to a sticking point faster.

Thanks captain! Im about 23% bf and would like to be 15%. It would be nice to make it with one cut but we shall see!
 
Should be easy bro. I went from close to 20, maybe over down to around 10 in about 4 months.

That's what I'm hoping but I'm my own worst enemy. I love to bake sweets and have a huge sweet tooth, I eat dessert every day sometimes two or three times. I'm trying to limit myself to Sunday night and special occasions so that should work wonders for me.
 
I enjoy fasting from time to time. For health reasons, rarely for spiritual ones.

But when doing that for a longer time period I find that although it seems painful in the beginning, it gets easier. Eventually it almost feels pleasurable when you feel that hunger pain. Not because it physically is but because you get that virtuous sense of mastering your own body.

That being said I am kind of an ecto. I can eat what I want and as long as I run 3 days a week I will be skinny as hell. The hard part for me is actually eating enough.
