Do you need carbs to build muscle?

I am very carb sensitive and am on a low carb diet. 50g carbs a day, with a refeed once a week to restore glycogen. What about during bulking on AAS? Is having 50g carbs bad for bulking?

^^^ are you seriously asking this question?? this is diet/cycling 101...

ya, you need more than 50g of carbs when bulking......

carb up before and after the gym, cut carbs down towards the end of the day

Your body can get energy from protein, fat, and carbs. So yes it is possible to build muscle on a low Carb diet. But I will say this, it will be harder, and ur notbgoing to gain as much. Carbs are very important. But it also depends what ur other macros look like ig. How much protein and fat are u taking in?

i couldn't imagine not eating carbs. when you say carb sensitive are you saying you get fat easily? i would hit up 3J. guys like me can eat carbs whenever including simple carbs, hell right before i go to bed even and i'm still around 10% bf. you need carbs, you just gotta be really really smart about it.

Ive gained naturally no carbs. Well Carbs from Veggies.
Usually do hydrostatic testing a couple times a year to verify where im at.
Ive always done better myself eating high fat/high protein/low carb
Its an easier way for me to eat and stick to it is all.
In the end I really belive in the calories in and calories out thing.
ITs all Math I think

Every few months though I have to come off this style of eating for a bit and not be super strict.
Once in a while I want sushi, or pizza, bugers, or random junk food.
I find though when my body is use to eating the way I do that it doesnt like that stuff much at all.
I become super tired for a few days after Ive done it.

I haven't looked into it fully yet but there has apparently been new research showing that the once a week carb binge after hitting the gym has proven very beneficial for adding new gains
