Jacked on Juice
I have been a vegetarian for 26 years now. I do not eat any meat, fish or eggs. All my protein comes from Beans, Soy, Dairy, Nuts & Protein shakes. As it is I choke down 3 shakes a day and still on my best day I only get about 160 grams of protein. The problem is I weigh 225lbs and from what I have heard I should be getting 450 grams of protein. Is this true? Can anyone give me any advise besides to start eating meat.
For the record I turn 32 in June. I became a vegetarian when I was 6.
