Ahh, bummer man!! It's definitely not cheap, that's why there's all kinds of sketchy shit competitors do for money. Oh well though, focus on getting bigger and stronger for now. Competitions will always be around. Plus you'll have more time to decide if you want to do BB or MP and all that... or if you even still really want to compete at all.

Yea...I'm stuck on deciding weather or not to just start bulking now or keep cuttin down some...
I love the food I'm eating, don't get me wrong...but my energy levels are startin to go to shit it feels like since I started keto. Idk if I wanna achieve the badass six pack look right now or not.
It's like even if I do, I won't keep it looking stage ready or anything lol. But then again it's a goal of mine.
Either way I'm not makin 3Js job any easier haha lol
But I'll talk to him about it.

It's always good to start a bulk nice and lean... but it comes down to what you want to do. You can maintain a six pack for quite a while, even while "bulking". Maintaining stage condition while bulking naturally is impossible though. Probably not even possible with gear. Right now I'm just enjoying eating and not caring what I look like lol. I already had my dieting months this year. At this point I feel like I have more important things to focus on than how lean I am.

Then pay 3J for another month and pack on the calories.

Got a question for you guys.
So I want to dabble in some strength training cus I need to focus on some core strength and strength in general. but I love splits too.
Does it make sense to like cycle back and forth? Like 8 weeks strength training followed by 8 weeks of split training, then repeat? I actually know an Olympia powerlifter that does this.
Thoughts?
 
OK, finished breakfast, now to try to get some work done. I need to hit that little productive window after the coffee kicks in, but before the tequila starts.
