YEEEEEEUHH haha.

I had an issue with tendonitis REALLY bad for a while. Cut out all EZ bar movements and was fine. I thought it was kinda weird that the EZ bar would cause that though. I thought it was supposed to be better on the joints and such?

Actually, doing 4 sets of 15 at 350 makes me one tired mofo. It is fun to have the older folks come by a machine when I'm done though. "Excuse me young man, did you really just lift that whole stack of weight?!" Kind of inflates the ego a little, but then I remember there are guys FAR stronger than me running around. :p

Yeah, that's like rowing two of me hahaha. I love when people are impressed by how much I lift. Especially since I'm fairly small :)

I've been doing 3 X 10 of concentration curls and 3 X 10 hammer curls. I just added those into my routine about 4 months ago, before that I did a little machine work, but really didn't focus on arms. I completely tore a bicep tendon a few years ago, so I've been going easy on them post surgery. It's been long enough now that I don't think it's getting any better.
 
Have been doing cable pull downs, or what ever you call them. Skipped all of it last time and I'm already feeling a little better. Looks like I'll probably have to skip tonight to deal with plumbing, so I guess I'll see how I feel tomorrow. Probably skip arms again though.
