Its not a strength move for me. I'm trying to build up the muscle back there so that when I do start hammering them for strength, I have more fiberz to recruit.

I'm just giving you a hard time lol. My max RDL as assistance was like 315 - 325 when I got stuck. Then I moved to strictly conventional... still haven't pulled 405 yet
