Something is wrong, my strength is disappearing very quickly.
Last week my bench weight was down 16%, reps failed 40% faster, and I lost the ability to complete my final 2 SETS. Couldn't even complete my second set of dips.
I took a look at my training logs, I've lost a years worth of strength in 3 weeks.
Something is very wrong.
