Yeah, I'm gonna have to start wearing like 35's just to fit my tiny thighs. I couldn't imagine actually being big hahaha. Then It's tough finding ones that aren't super long, especially since I'm so damn short. Everything comes in a fuckin 32, which is too long for me. I hate jeans.

1. Stress? Check.Could be. When I used clen went way too high and no taurine so after 4days or so I couldn't do a body weight squat without cramping and muscles failing. Worst feeling. Everything else obviously doesn't help either. But things change and what you could have lifted through last year may not be workable this year.

Sounds like it's working as intended. Not being a dick, but I'd bet if you fix at least 2 of those - you'll start to see gains coming your way again. At least I know if my diet is off (even for a day), or if I'm running on fumes my training that day is shit. Kind of like this morning, where I couldn't even put up 400 on the bench as I only had 3hrs of sleep and apparently that bleu cheese burger was too much for my system to handle.
Sure clen and T3 can make things worse, but a lack of energy is most likely the others. Do agree with Dre on the taurine though; it's on my permanent Amazon monthly auto-ship. If I'm lacking taurine/magnesium/potassium/calcium/sodium, I'm one hurting unit.
