Na, just playing the waiting game now.
All the mortgage paperwork is in, the underwriters have to do their thing now.
It's impressive how much time it takes to process paperwork.
I could get a loan through the mob quicker than I can through the bank :/

Yea same here. Slowing down the pace already hahaha. Saw the craziest accident on the way to work this morning. This lady did a complete almost 90deg turn in her SUV, hops some rocks in front of a farm, SUV gets airborne about 2-3ft and smashes into the side of the barn. Lady and her 3kkds get out and the owner of the farm comes running like "what the fuck did you do to my barn"!!
