Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

D'oh! All good mang. Now it's time for a nap. Still feeling a bit under the weather - had a SHITTY session this morning. :( You know it's a bad day when you struggle with 150lbs under your 1RM for bench. :worried:

I had a shitty workout tonight. Started at a new gym, I guess I had performance anxiety. I dont know why, everybody was working out with 40 lbs and shit. Had to hunt for weights. I hate it already

I hate having to search around for weights. Especially if I have to haul 'em clear to the other side of the damn gym. Like why is there no 45's in the leg room? OHHHH cause it's international "how much can you half rep bench, brah?" day... how could I forget?

I've heard of performance anxiety in the bedroom but NEVER in the gym! HAHA love it! I'm gonna use that one next time I have a shit session. Legend!

just another reason why i switched back to working out at home. time to from the gym, half reps of curls in the friggin squat rack, searching for dumbells and plates, can't use chaulk, no noise making, dropping the weight, and list goes on. now if i could just get workout partner...

A guy I work with works out there and he told me he maxed out there. Hes not that big to run outof weights but I see why after going workout there. They have like 6-45s. How dumb

I have been working out at home the past two years and loving it. No waiting for benches or the one squat rack. It was either spend $200+ on weights and brace the floor or go back to the gym. I got a free month at this place, Im not sure what Im going to do. I really dont want to fall through the floor
 
damn rock and a hard place for you bro. problem for me is all i have around here are crossfit and health clubs and im a powerlifter. fortunately i have a garage with enough space for the equipment i want.
