Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

I use to hate the 130 lb guys in the marines doing pull-ups for the pft, they would always ask why I could only do 7 pull-ups. I FUCKING weigh 100 pounds more than you dick. Sorry touchy subject lol

My guys on the floor do the same.
They bet that I couldn't do a wide grip pullup, I rip out a couple in front of them with my dress shirt on.
They start giving me shit about how red my face is.
FFS guy, like you A&D, I've got 100lbs on them.

Even at 240lbs bodyweight, I can still do a couple wide grip pullups.
Chins I can do sets of 5.

Maybe it's time to reincorporate them back into my routine.

Wait... I thought wide grip pullups are chins? Anything pronated is a chin right? Supinated grip is a pullup?

I weighed 280lbs in High School, I TOTALLY hear you on that. Sure, you can do 20 pull-ups, but I can pick up a volkswagen beetle - WHO WINS NOW BITCHES?
LOL I think it's so funny when I see people on the assisted dip / chin machine. I use it, but I put a 10lb weight on the pedal thing and pin it after so it stays down.
I'll see them race to the damn thing, put the pin in to reduce weight by maximum, and strap their feet in. I'd love to see their faces when they're trying to do bodyweight + 160lbs muwahhaa. The only thing that drives me even more batty is when they do that in the squat cage or smith machine rack. I'm really not impressed guys, go back to back-curling those 45lb dumbbells you little wankers!

What is a one handed chinup if it's not a one arm chinup?

*edit* I think I see what you mean:

Yea that pic is what I call one handed. One arm chin would be with your other hand behind your back or something. Not assisting or touching in any way

It's like a game now.

Yep, gotta get them chins back into the routine somewhere.

I love weighted chins. They're the most functional bicep strength exercise one can do since the function of the biceps is to counter the triceps and help extension in the shoulders, besides turning your hand. Chins include the shoulder extension in the lift.

Ours doesn't have straps, just like a bar to stand on. It sounds like you can add resistance with the one at your gym as well?? Dude don't even get me started on the fucking faggots that feel the need to do pullups in the squat rack. We have THREE pullup stations in my gym, and the one in the squat rack is the only one anyone ever uses... I guess because it's the only one with mirrors around. Then EVERY fucking asshole that uses it leaves the bar on the ground. I've said something more than once when I'm tryna squat and some beach muscle prodigy is in there doing pullups.

Yep, ours can add weight, which is neat - only if those homos would use it! Maybe it's a good thing I didn't go to the gym today, I'd probably rage at someone doing just that LOL. I must be PMS'ing haha. :worried:
