Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

I've only seen the movies. And I don't remember that dude being in it.

The movies were a bastardization of the show.
They happened a few years after the show was done and some of the cast members are different.

If you got any enjoyment out of the movies, you really owe it to yourself to check out the show.

OH! And he left?

He checks in every now and then but don't think he's posting. He works overnights in an ER so if you do see him post it'll be at night. But he told me he's not posting much anymore bc of all the stupid questions and BS from newbs who talk like they know shit.

Ever watch Red Green?

No never heard of it. Is it better than TPB's??? Def not better than BC bud

The white guy is J-Rock. Funny as fuck.

^^^this and preferably watch the show while puffing down on the dank! It's on Netflix FYI.

Definitely not better than TPB, just different.
It has a different sort of humor to it but you'd probably enjoy it.
It's the guy that rigs up all sorts of things with duct tape.

You're one lucky duck!
Do you run a program or wing it?

I have to work two jobs :/ otherwise I'd train 5x week also.

BUT, tonight is SQUATS!
This should be interesting, I lowered my T dose on Saturday and didn't take one this morning in preparation for my endo appt. This is also the first time with the taurine in my system so who knows what's going to happen.

Unfortunately I have to re-schedule my endo appt too, I forgot some bloodwork I was supposed to have done prior...
Bleh..
Yeah, the one advantage of being a full-time student is that I do happen to have my mornings pretty open right now. I do run a program, but it's really just a modification of what 3J sets up for his clients. Sometimes I do add in extra bits when I'm feeling twitchy and strong, but it's pretty much the same every week. I do try to alternate different lifts though; I hate plateaus with a passion. ;)

Taurine shouldn't do anything to your blood test results, sucks that you had to miss your appt. :(

WTF. It's funny and really sad at the same time haha.

OH, Update: Found out the gal that works out at my gym was indeed in Playboy, but not a playmate yet.

Her mother is one hot ass cougar too. ;)

Edit: Would have tried to snipe a live pic today, but they weren't in there this morning. :p

I don't think any of us had any idea these two threads would go on as long as they have lol.

I wasn't even so much concerned about it affecting bloods. I was just curious to see what it would do in the gym, see if it counteracted the clen shakes enough to get some strength back sort of thing.

Looks like I'm still hitting the endo tomorrow despite my lack of blood work.
Ah well, hopefully I can take the company van down instead of my Wrangler.

I don't notice any reduction in shakes, but it DEFINITELY helps with those gawd-awful pumps that hit at just the WRONG moment. Ever had an ab pump doing triceps pushdowns? Excruciating! That's a big reason why I stay off clen (use albut instead) and try to limit my orals to moderate doses.

Nice! Hopefully everything checks out so you can finally play. ;) I'm still coming down from my blast, and while it's NOTHING compared to natty guys on post cycle therapy (pct), it's still a downer. :(

I've actually done a couple of things and have noticed a little improvement in the shakes.
I can't chalk it up to anything in particular, yet.

Another thing I'm trying is incorporating more carbs into my diet throughout the day.
60g oats so far today. My thinking in doing this is that if B12 does increase carbohydrate metabolism a bit, it might be running me right out of carb energy before I even hit the gym. After all, I train with only having eaten 20g carbs that day.

Whether or not any of this means anything in the gym remains to be seen, but a little extra fiber can't hurt. ;)
Now the ascorbic acid on the other hand....

I would be surprised if you don't see a benefit from using more carbs, unless you're in ketoacidosis. I know I have to watch the carbs big time, but ever since I switched to the CKD plan 3J turned me onto, it's really been a good experience. :)

How does that work, how often do you delve into ketosis?
