Let me guess here: you are proposing something very similar to the basic 8/16 hour eating/fasting window but instead of a true fast you're allowed to eat negative caloric impact foods like lettuce, spinach, kale, celery, etc?

I'm going to try and make time and at least get a rough draft out this weekend and I'll email it to you for your thoughts. Anything special your like to see in it? I'd love to incorporate your take on IF in there as well once you've got more concrete evidence on it and see what you think of it.
 
you know.. with dre and capt talking so much about IF dieting, i have been thinking of a way to do an IF that doesn't rub me wrong.. i think i have come up with a solution too...

going to test it out.. if it works out like i think it will, i will soon be offering it...

i will call it 3J's Modified intermittent fasting diet...


I'm not into IF that much, just flexible dieting. I did use IF for a while... and it made it easier to not snack throughout the day but that's about it. Idk how people try to fuckin bulk on IF. Niggaz iz crazy son.
 
One step ahead of you there but I'm interested to see how you've modified it to suit your tastes! Of course to get the effects of fasting they want you to believe you get you'd need to fast for a minimum of 24hrs and preferably for 5dAys but that shit just ain't happening hahaha. I guess Cap never got to writing the article about IF, if I have time coming up I'll write something up nice and proofread it and send it your way for critique.

That's allowed with the leangains version. Any "trivial" amount of calories... of course until it starts adding up. YAHERDMEH?!

Tbh it would be a good selling point for you since it's such a fad right now, and if people can stick to the eat window it makes it a lot easier to stick to the diet in general.

Definitely! I'm pretty fuckin nervous though. It's a big change... but I really think it will be for the better. I could use a fresh start and some new friends.

Rumpy and I are no longer enough for you :(. Lol best of luck with the move man, a new setting should def make things interesting
