How does that work, how often do you delve into ketosis?
You don't really go into full ketosis, but you definitely see a huge difference after your low carb days. It's basically high-moderate-medium-high-moderate-low-zero for carb intake, which really kicks your ass on the low days, but you definitely drop some fat.

It takes about a week of no carbs to go into ketosis and use ketones as fuel but everybody is different lol

That much I know I just wasn't sure how long Half was staying there.
Over the past several weeks I've definitely had that telltale keto stink.

you know.. with dre and capt talking so much about IF dieting, i have been thinking of a way to do an IF that doesn't rub me wrong.. i think i have come up with a solution too...

going to test it out.. if it works out like i think it will, i will soon be offering it...

i will call it 3J's Modified intermittent fasting diet...

One step ahead of you there but I'm interested to see how you've modified it to suit your tastes! Of course to get the effects of fasting they want you to believe you get you'd need to fast for a minimum of 24hrs and preferably for 5dAys but that shit just ain't happening hahaha. I guess Cap never got to writing the article about IF, if I have time coming up I'll write something up nice and proofread it and send it your way for critique.

You should try a pair of Adidas Powerlift 2.0. Awesome weightlifting shoe for the price and I'll never go back to barefoot, chuck Taylor's, or any other type of sneaker after lifting with a real weightlifting shoe!
