Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

Hopefully they actually listen to you. Nothing worse than a group of docs with God-complex. I really do feel for you brother. You have a crazy difficult case to solve, but hopefully with some more perseverance, you'll get through this. :)

It's amazing to me that medical "professionals" are treating this like any other case, it's really not.
This is their opportunity to either accelerate their career or make themselves "famous" in the medical community. If they solve this and get me back on the right track, it will be a big thing for them.
It'll still be a massively orphaned condition but at least they'll have figured it out.
They're choosing to piss that opportunity away in favor of mediocre treatment.

Mind boggling.

Well, testosterone is a an anabolic/androgenic steroid, and as well all know from the Saturday morning specials; steroids are THE DEVIL! So it makes sense why they would disregard your quality of life while trying to further their careers. Can't have the devil being responsible for making your life better, now can we? ;)

All sarcasm aside, it is a shame more docs don't take the time to learn that the negative effects of testosterone supplementation are mostly due to estrogen. I get really irritated when I see ads for testosterone gels/etc and they list off all the E2 related sides. WE HAVE AI'S FOR A REASON FOLKS!

WAIT
I've been taking sterons all this time!? No wonder I'm always angry and my penor is an innie!
lol.

Isn't that E2 shit annoying at best and dangerous at worst?
It explains why a lot of the symptoms of hypo and hyper are similar.

So whats the verdict Half, upright rows, do them or not?

I've been reading on them and people claim they'll cause shoulder problems.
I did them several months back but dropped them when I jumped on 5/3/1.

What do you think?

Hahaha. I LOVE the roid rage stigma! If anything my penis has gotten bigger over time. :p Of course, they say every inch of belly fat you lose, equals a gain of an inch to your erection, so that might be coincidental. :spin:

I hate E2 with a passion. Every time I get it figured out, I go on a blast with some new dose of aromatizing compounds and have to figure it out again! Luckily I've never been to anything beyond 400pg/mL, but I cannot stand the bloat or emotional surges that come from it. Crashing E2 is even worse as I already have joints that ache non-stop. That is just horrrrrrrrible, which is probably why I always give advice to start small with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in other threads. ;)

What a coincidence! I'm actually heading to the gym in about 10 minutes and was about to start upright rows back into my program as bent over rows aren't really cutting it for me right now. I think if you maintain good posture and use your elbows instead of your shoulders, you should be fine. The problem for me is that I'm probably going to jump into heavy weight off the bat and make myself really sore haha.

In for 315lb upright rows.

Lol, that is coincidental.

I think next time I do shoulders I'll throw them in there for laughs.

Back day brother, do it on back day. It should work your traps and lats far more than your delts/rhomboids. ;)

Hmmm, I wonder if I can do 315 with upright rows. I'm pretty strong, but that's a lot of weight to bring from waist level to chin level without using the legs or trunk. :p Gonna see how 135 feels and go from there. :)

On second thought, maybe shoulder day would be okay. I'll have to see how it feels.

I could see arguments for both sides of that coin.
It's not a strength move anyway so I guess it's not as crucial where you put it vs something like a good morning.
Now THAT wouldn't make sense to do on shoulder day.

The phlebotomist at the Quest place by me looks like Scarlett Johannson. You don't have time to think about the needle when there's 105lbs of pure sex in front of you, with those nipples peeking out from that smock. DAMN! BRB! :wackit: :wackit:

LMAO there's a Quest place across from the LC here. I guess that's where the hot girls are, cause I got a possibly gay little mexican guy. It was literally painless though. Didn't feel a thing, and he was super quick.

No and I'm getting really fucking pissed off with them.
They give me a script
I call to schedule the appointment - Not enough info on the script
I call the DR, 24 hours later I get a response
I call to schedule the appointment again - STILL not enough info.
This time, the scheduler AND myself call the doctor.
It's been 4 hours already and no response.....

AND THESE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO POKE AROUND IN MY BRAIN

Wow wtf? How hard is it to write a reference for a fucking MRI? Uhhh... "Patient may have brain tumor, please look in brain. Thanks."

Well, I didn't want to move past 185 today as I felt form starting to drift off at that weight. I'm pretty sure I can do 225, but I don't want to defeat the purpose of the exercise. I mostly felt it in my biceps and wrists at first, but now that I'm home, I can definitely feel that stimulation in my upper back - around the erectors. I'm going to keep it in there on my back rotation for a few weeks and see how it goes. :bigok:

Mah leg be startin ta hurt.
HAH! I bet you were shaking like a leaf, weren't you. Details brother! Everyone loves a first pin story. :D
Ohhhhhhh shit! BRT!

Shockingly no. I think having blood drawn just a few mins before helped. I was DEFINITELY nervous, but calm and collected. I swabbed the vial, drew out just under 2cc like you said, drew about .2cc air in to clear out the needle, swapped em, swabbed my leg, and then... I started getting really nervous, but I told myself not to be a puss. I put the needle to my leg and was instantly like "Oh fuck this is gonna hurt" started pushing, and was thinking to myself "go in bitch, c'mon" then I realized it was already half way in lmao. I was amazed at how easily it penetrated. It took fuckin forever it seemed like to push 2cc in though, so I might have kinda rushed it. It was a very weird feeling sitting there with a needle in my leg injecting oil. It wasn't 1/100th of as bad as I thought it was gonna be though. I kept very still and got it done. Then I was all amped for like 20 mins that I had actually done it without much hesitation. Once I sat down and pulled down my pants I didn't even get back up til I was done :)

Niiiice. Yeah, fear definitely fucks with your mind. It's amazing how sharp those little bastards are and as long as you do everything right - feel absolutely nothing more than the initial penetration of the skin. Man, first actual cycle - you're going to EXPLODE. You better have a good diet lined up! :nono:

Yeah, I was saying it honestly hurt worse just touching the needle to my skin than actually pinning. Define "good" lol. I'm in a surplus, about 4100 cals right now 250g min protein, carbs end up wherever, fats are 120g - 140g. I'm dialing it in for this cycle though and having an actual "diet" where I'm eating the same meals every day. Or very close at least.
