Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

Think I should drop my calories ~250 since I'm training less? Or should I keep them the same. I've cut out a full day, and the volume on training days is maybe 1/4 of what I used to do.

What's your weight been doing? I can tell you from experience bulking and more calories in general is better than less. You will not make full progress on a cut or with less than sufficient calories.

Well given my schedule the last few weeks, it's been fluctuating between ~177 - 180. I'm buckling down again starting yesterday though. I guess I won't be able to really judge until a week or two of consistency. I'll keep it at 4k for now and see what happens. I don't mind putting on some fat, but I don't want to get up around 20% again.

Since everyone already fuckin knows my full name and what I look like, I'll post some pics. Not like people really come through this thread anyways.
First one was @ 185, beginning of this year. Second one was my cut down to 160. Third is more or less what I look like now. I'd say my traps are a little bigger, and I have less separation in my delts. I think I was maybe a little bit over 170 when I took that. I don't want to get as fat as I was in the first one. It was a bitch losing the weight.

You've got a great base to build off. I'd say keep the same intake for a few weeks and monitor weight. Anything more than 1-2lbs gained per week and you can cut your intake. You won't get to 20% overnight so you'll have plenty of time to decide when you want to cut. Digging the ink and I have the same boxer briefs lol.

I have already polled my coworkers about making a "wethepeople.org" petition to Obama about making ch**se illegal in all forms. It would be a controlled substance punishable by death if I had my way :)

Ohhh instagram. I can't even use it anymore cause my phone is jailbroken and I can't unjailbreak it or update anything lol. Thanks man :) I wish I could keep my delts looking like the second pic year round. Just so everyone knows I ran Halo Ex and 1-andro for the last two months of my cut, so that look is not naytrull.

Word. I'm shootin for 1lb/week. I'd really like to get to 200 before I cut again though. So we'll see how it goes. I'm also trying to not really give a fuck about what I look like right now and just focus on my strength going up. The only reason I even weigh myself right now is to make sure I'm not gaining too fast. Thanks man. LOL tell me those aren't the most comfortable boxers to ever touch your junk?! I found 'em on sale at Macy's so I bought like 8 damn pairs hahaha.
