Capt; I'm work free at the moment... My day goes like this;
4am wake up, kiss my honey good bye, he's off to work
9am wake up, troll til about 11am get my cardio in
I come back around noon or so, depending on how much prep I have, I'll start then or in the next hour.
IH is home around 245pm. So I try and do a meal for him around 2pm and get a banana and PB ready for us
All my cooking and prep is done by 2pm.
He'll nap, and I'll normally lay down with him......
5pm we get up, normally hit the weights shortly after. Come home, I'll cook a hot dinner and thats probably around 7/8pm
We'll dick around, I make sure I'm packing meals by 10pm for him
Bed by 1130. Simple day :) I enjoy it

Ahh, I thought you were a cook somewhere?? That makes sense then. I'm trapped at a desk from 8:30 - 5:30 so I don't have much time for cooking.
 
Nope.
Everything I eat is as boring as can possibly be.
All my chicken is grilled without any added sauces or fats other than a little Mrs. Dash seasoning.
Same thing with anything I cook in the oven, only seasoned meat without sauces.
My seasonings don't even have sugar or anything worthwhile in them

I don't eat any side dishes either.

Are you getting enough fibers?
Whats your veggie intake?
 
I think I know what thread you're referring to. If it was in the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) section, we can't recommend anything that's NOT doctor prescribed, even if it's a board sponsor. It helps keep a legitimate face on IMT as they are a doctor prescribed service, which could be called into question if they have folks pointing towards research chems for AI's. I don't think it's written down anywhere, but more of a courtesy thing. :)

Right, an unwritten rule sort of thing.
I don't want to disrupt the way the guy does business but imo it makes sense to make it known that that section has different "rules". It's not like I stand to make money by referring people to sponsors, just trying to help. I can help without naming sponsors, it would be nice to know that up-front without having to get your pee-pee whacked to learn it.

For a hotel, yes... Hence why I can get so much prep done in a little amount of time.

I prep for 400 in like five hours, so I know my way around a kitchen.... The last three hours are spent dicking around and getting my calories in ;)
But I'm not working right now, right? I'm visiting IH right now. So, I make sure I take care of everything at home while he's at work

Less than 2k/day is resulting in about a pound/week and that's with going to the gym 3x/week for about 2 hours each WITH cardio.
I dropped a lot quickly in the beginning just because of how much water I retain.

Meh, you'd be surprised at how many guys come in there asking AAS cycle questions, expecting to cycle from testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). It's kind of a slippery slope for them as there are a TON of "TRT clinics" that are just AAS storefronts, so I can understand why they request that kind of guideline to posts. They're good people though, and I'm sure there wasn't any malice intended towards you. :)
