dude im 6'4 275lbs.. but i hold muscle easily.. im at 3k calories a day right now and im dropping weight..

that's with 5 days jiu jitsu and 3 days powerlifting though

avido get a fiber supp from like cvs or something, i take one in my coffee in the AM and one in the evening with my tea, clear tasteless powder!

2011 calories, 53g carbs, 54g fat, 311g protein.

How do you find BJJ fits in with your training? Now that I'm only lifting 3 days/week I've been thinking about picking it up. Or Muy Thai.

at least your protein is high enough.. seems you might have some metabolic damage.. your losing a lb a week at 2k?

I used that maltodextrin stuff for a while, you probably wouldn't believe me if I told you but that stuff stopped me up like nobodies business.
I've had better luck with psyllium husk, I just don't like how they add sugar to it.
