i have an spinal injury.. T3-T5.. got tingling going on and my muscles are guarding fairly aggressive.. the joys of jiu jitsu.. its my first spinal injury from it so iv been pretty damn careful..
it took me away from the gym and jiu jitsu for about 2 weeks (hence the really low carbs for the last two weeks) feels good to be back in the gym but im only 70%l.. still not doing deads and squats
Upper body and cardio, at least that's the plan
Oh wow! Hope its nothing serious brother. It happened during BJJ training? Yea your health isn't worth getting back in the gym too early, especially back health. My dad has an extremely bad back and is in constant pain bc he never took care of it. I pray for a speedy and full recovery for you 3J!
