My girls brother in law had a bday this week so we're going to NYC to take him out for dinner at a nice restaurant. Thinking either a nice Spanish joint but he's Puerto Rican and my girl and her family are Domincan so they already eat Spanish food lol, a good steakhouse, an Italian place, or Korean BBQ. Any suggestions/preferences? Also looking to test my lab rats and see how effective that liquid Cia is from RUI :D

Sounds nice...I'd say Italian...they eat foods with spices, and Italian is just that. They can enjoy food they aren't used to eating, and still get some spicy flavors :)

And not much bro...just work this morning and idk what else...
Might BBQ at a friend's tmrw...

Nice. Great weekend to be BBQ'ing. Ill take that suggestion and see what the consensus is. I do love Italian food but was hoping for some Korean BBQ or even a Brazilian churrascaria but its not my call lol.

Yea I haven't had BBQ in idk how long...
I think BBQ and chillin by the pool (not my pool) with some corona is the best way to finish off the shitty cheat WEEK I've had away from the diet lol
Kinda fell off after decided the contest wasn't a good idea at the moment lol
 
cant ask for a better way to wake up.. client hit me up.. told me he took 1st in a bodybuilding comp... we have been working together for a year now...
