Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

I'm short, 5'7 lol. I use a stance just outside shoulder width. I'll play around with my stance a little though. It's not like I don't squat every damn day haha. I have noticed the heavier I go the wider I have to go. Like if I'm doing 135 I can stand pretty damn narrow with my feet pointed straight, and I actually feel stronger in that stance. I was actually going to look into some hip mobility work tonight. I have Dr. Starrett's book and there's all kinds of shit in there. My right leg is totally fucked up at pretty much every joint lol. I've been noticing some issues with my hip and ankle recently.
If it's a hip mobility issue, you should feel really tight in that area; almost as if there's a stop there, preventing you from moving further. Another area that tends to be the weak link with squats is the gluteals, which can be strengthened by doing lunges. Definitely looking forward to seeing if either help you. :)

Yeah for sure. Interested in trying out USP's "Yok3d" and "PowerFull". Haven't heard of either of those before.
I've heard of Yok3d, but not the other. I got a bottle of "Ketobolic Pro" which appears to be a stim as well a bunch of packets of Forged, by Transform. I have used Forged in the past, but this appears to be a stronger version of the pwo/stim. Definitely looking forward to using them. :D

I think I'm going to take a half day today.
This flu-like shit is bothering me.
No gym tonight :(
Are your gorillas feeling dizzy or light headed by chance? I'd definitely see what that BP is as it can most certainly have those symptoms and would make sense.

Damn this thread moves quick when you don't log on over the weekend
What's up everyone?
And 3J congrats with the client! Hard work on both ends to accomplish that
And they say bbing isn't a team sport lol

It's definitely tight. Actually both sides are pretty tight. I can still break parallel though, at least before I start getting to "heavy" weights. Could be glutes too... I have a fairly hard time keeping back on my heels. I usually don't end up on my toes, but I find myself pressing from the sole / ball of my foot more often than not. Either way, I think my squat mechanics definitely need some work. Especially since I've only hit a 255 max over 4 years, granted I've only been squatting for probably 2.5. I've been seriously thinking about joining one of the local PL gyms here just so I can have a legit coach help me with form and everything. I'm still having a really hard time getting out of the BB mindset, especially with not caring how I look haha. I already feel smaller and that I look like shit with my shirt off. Gotta love body dysmorphia.

I don't stray too far from the basics as far as OTC supps. Creatine, beta alanine, a PWO, and a BCAA supp are about as far as I go. Then of course a multi and fish oil, I take additional vitamin C as well... and I have farted around with some DS a couple times. PowerFull looks like it's an OTC "GH"/sleep aid, so that may be interesting... and I guess Yok3d is an energy/pump supp?? We'll see how they go. I like trying different PWO stuff and I could definitely benefit from a sleep aid lol.

I think Keto Pro is actually a "fat burner". I've heard about Forged before but never tried it. Let me know if you like it. I'm giving Pro Supps Jekyll a try right now... or maybe Hyde... I forget which one lol.

I think I'm legitimately in love.
