Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

That had better be a snack...

I did up 7lbs last night lol.
I still need to find a better way to do it though.
The same flavor day in and day out is getting a little stale.

It won't last long lol. Most I've ever done before was maybe 5-6lbs. I one time made pasta with sauce and ground beef and used I think 8lbs of ground beef. Wanted dat dere protein pasta!

Try adobo and sazon. Usually I just do salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, olive oil, lemon juice and whatever else floats my boat like mustard, ketchup, tumeric, cordoman (spelling?), etc

Lol, I'll usually fill the grill.
Buy one of those 5lb packs and a smaller 2lb pack.
No sense ripping one open if you're not going to cook it.

Trimming the fat and butterflying the damned things takes a while though.

That it does. My least favorite part bc I hate the fat and tendons or whatever. Plus my knives are pretty dull which makes it worse. I've got to get my uncle to sharpen them for me.

I see that damned adobo stuff all over the place, I'm going to have to give it a shot.
Does it only work well with chicken?

Maybe I'll have to explore the ethnic foods sections for spices.
Oo, maybe I'll have finally developed a taste for jerk spice.
