These mortgage applications are confusing.
I've already spotted several things wrong with it and I'm not even a lawyer.

No wonder some people wind up getting screwed to the wall.

Make sure you address everything. All of that stuff will change throughout the loan though as your rate gets locked etc. The initial HUD you receive is just an estimate as well. You'll receive a final one when you actually sign your docs at the end of the loan. All the disclosures and shit you get upfront are really just estimates. Ask as many questions as you can though.
 
OK, plumbers coming back around 1:00 to water jet the sewer line. I need to make breakfast, and clear a little more space I the garage before he gets here. When he's done, it will be lunch time, then time to start getting ready for the gym. Perfect, a nice full day, too bad none of it involves actually working. I may need to rethink this.

That's the plan. I'm not expert here thats for sure, I just know when I say something and the paperwork shows something else that something is wrong.

I've found a couple instances of that on the TIL statements that need to be corrected before I sigh anything.
I can easily see how this could wind up in court with the judge saying "Well Mr 71Avido, this IS your signature of approval is it not?"

You're right though, I do need to make connections. Really I have no problem when I'm dealing with like-minded people.

It's just tough with this group, they are all social workers with big hearts and I'm a mean old man who likes to deal with his numbers in silence. We share nothing in common.

In a BIG way. My chest cramps up, I'll sweat through 3 layers of clothes and shake like a leaf.
It's kinda funny/pathetic to see a dude who's 6'2" 250lbs acting like a scaredy cat.
You're all like minded people here so I'm good to go.

I'm working at it, you know how it is though, when you feel like you're forced into a situation that makes you uncomfortable it makes the whole thing seem so much worse.

I feel like I'm about to have a heart attack even at family gatherings.

haha your not the only one brother.. i was 6'2 in high school.. lol

CBT.. it works well... also following a deconstructive philosophy of life (Buddhist philosophy works well) really really helps..

instead of looking at the picture as as whole, start with emptiness, and then add the pieces that make the whole.. you will see when you add the pieces nothing effects your emotional states outside of yourself.. no one is looking at you weird.. no one is thinking they dont want to talk to you..

find the negatives in the parts and replace them with positives.. take baby steps.. and you will see that the reaction you get is alot easier...

treat it like you do this forum.. no one judges you here right??

im a mod and i enjoy having a conversation with you... you dont say or do anything weird here.. no one judges you here.. and your conversational...

and remember, when someone shows negativity to you.. its not about you.. its a reflection of themselves.. just as the anxiety that you get in social circles is a reflection of yourself

Pharmacological solutions are the last thing I want to do to solve this.
CBT might be a good way to go. For a couple years now I've been forcing myself to be more social.
It's hard as hell to get over but I've made some good progress. High school was an absolute nightmare for me.
Heck, my parents had me going to psychologists before I turned 10.

It's funny, I'm intelligent enough to recognize the issue and how little influence others really have over me but damned it if doesn't help at all.

You've got a great outlook on things 3J, I'm glad you were able to get over the hurdle.

no pharmacology is the last thing you want.. cbt is great bro.. i have used it before and studied it pretty deep in philosophy of the mind/psychology hybrid course at UCLA
