CBT.. it works well... also following a deconstructive philosophy of life (Buddhist philosophy works well) really really helps..
instead of looking at the picture as as whole, start with emptiness, and then add the pieces that make the whole.. you will see when you add the pieces nothing effects your emotional states outside of yourself.. no one is looking at you weird.. no one is thinking they dont want to talk to you..
find the negatives in the parts and replace them with positives.. take baby steps.. and you will see that the reaction you get is alot easier...
treat it like you do this forum.. no one judges you here right??

and remember, when someone shows negativity to you.. its not about you.. its a reflection of themselves.. just as the anxiety that you get in social circles is a reflection of yourself
That "picture as a whole" paragraph is interesting. I love philosophy but I only needed one year of it for college
