my wife and i have been eating out every day.. there is a restaurant that is straight up and forward about their food so you can make healthy choices...

you know guys, i have to be honest.. its threads like this that make my day.. people get annoyed with these threads but i feel like they actually make an impact.. they make people think twice about what they are doing.. they give out a big WARNING..

obviously not everyone listens.. but some do... which is enough reason for me to make an argument in the first place...

its one of the reasons why i opened my free diet advice thread... to help people understand.. it takes time to answer all those threads and sometimes my time is stretched thin.. but i still do it

As a child born in the 70's I do remember seeing yard sticks in the principal's office and each home room had a hefty ruler for just that purpose. They truly need to bring that shit back.
