this is a typical meal i eat once a week or once every 2 weeks. LOL sometimes I get weak and feel like eating the foods i love. The black separation lines are the individual meals through out the day.

I think it really depends on what your goals are. Obviously eating a whole pizza will have its set backs, but if you don't treat yourself you might go nuts and just start binge eating. I treat myself to some pizza and a blizzard once every 10 days. Keeps me strict on my diet, and makes me feel sane. Do what you gotta do.
 
LOL thanks barry. holding onto weight seems like the biggest issue for me since i can remember. im packing on as of now 4500-5000 calories a day and im still leaning out. shit is rediculous. got another 2 days till week for approaches i believe... going to see how much i lost again.
 
haha i find that when I'm on Tren I can eat like this and not get sloppy looking. but good god the amount of sodium and saturated fat in all pizza and calzones is enough for me to just eat it and NOT go about finding out the nutritional information about it, because then i'll feel awful regardless

i feel guilty. I gave up a shit load of junk food. I deserve some sort of a lee-way break lol
 
trying to bulk up. but seems like im only leaning out now. I've been losing my fat bulk, and im starting to tone out more, but id like to get some more size on me.

LOL! dude its hard as it is to cram the 6500 calories in me. idk how much more i can pack in me. but... might pick up a nice mass gainer mix.

do you have any pointers i could benefit from?

AVERAGE: Fat 200grams/ Carbs 500grams / Protein 400 grams

the chart above is my average out look. 6000-6500 calories a day. 5000 calories if its a light day for me.

there are rarities that occur with the human body, like hyperthyroidism off the top of my head that make it difficult for people to gain weight...


im 6'4 280lbs and i eat a bit over 4k calories to gain weight... so its strange for me to hear such a thing..


i would get some blood work done.. its either that or your grossly overestimating ur macros.. how do u figure them out?? have u tried inputing ur diet into fitday.com?

are you talking about the %? then i misunderstood you. ALSO, yeah i posted a diet a while ago. but i switched it up... i stopped seeing weight gains, so changed it up.
and yes i went onto fit day.

two things Tony.

1. Guys should never say "tone". :gay2:
2. I would rather see you add a cheat "meal" EOD or do a better job at getting in good kcals on that once a week cheat day. I just don't see alot of quality cals coming from that chart above.

Like RJH said, there are much better food choices that you could make.

my ass is just cruising with losing weight. i know im losing the excess fat weight from before from when i ran dbol only. but damn lol. im eating like this almost every day now. give or take 500-750 calories. and im still slowly losing weight lol
