Does/Can DHEA reduce natural T levels?

So I took a blood test way back in October, and my test level was 644. fast forward to last week, I took one and my test levels are now 471. I have been taking 100 mg of DHEA since January, could this be it? I hope njot, the DHEA got rid of ALL my horrible acne that I had.

100 mg of dhea shouldn't do much but I've read it should be ran 6 weeks max. Do you take it orally or topically? I'm currently running 200 mg on week 2.
