PASTA SHELLS AND VEGETABLES SALAD MIXED.

Energy - 940 Calories
Proteins - 32 g
Carbs - 132 g
Fat - 32 g

Ingredients:

White and Vegetable Pasta (durum wheat semolina, tomato and spinach powder) peppers, canola oil, concentrated lemon juice, fresh parsley. shallots, sea salt, garlic and spices.

does it look good for a meal?
 
It depends on what your looking for, the carbs are more of a post w/o meal. The fat's to high for me and protein could be bumped up for me.

Is that protein for any meat or just from the pasta? If it's from the pasta it's not a complete protein, you need a complete protein in there, some kind of meat.

If I need 175g of protein/day, I should I eat more meat then pasta??

yikes! look at the ingredients..white pasta? baaa even whole wheat is only OK while bulking, over processed.
not enough protein, none from a whole protein source(meat), fats are too high vs carbs which are super high as well an excess amount of calories.
