The word would be "difference", not differents. You're working the same muscle. I do notice though when I do them, if I have a palms up grip, I feel it in my bi's a little more.
Personally, I believe it makes a difference. I feel my lats a lot more with an underhanded grip than an overhand, while I still feel it about the same in the rest of my back. Could just be me though, I guess.
