what if you walked say 30min at a fast pace, then did elliptical for 15?? would that work better?? Or just plan old walk the whole time?? I think I could handle walking at a fast pace 2-3x per wk. Just when I think of doing other cardio I'm always too "busy" to make it to the gym.LeanMeOut said:45 minutes worth of walking is a lot of walking lol....
Remember, you aren't walking per say, it is a fast pace walk. Just walking normal won't get you into your fat burning zone heart rate wise.
