im dieting rite now..and a mistake many guys do while on their precontest diet is that they drop their sodium too low...i dont worry about sodium until about a week out from a show...im 4 wks out today and i take in on average day about 4000mg of sodium...with that i include 2-3 gallons of water daily...that helps flush out the excess sodium and sub-q water, thus making me leaner with a harder more vascular appearance....
i hear ya biggerthanlavar...why dont u try increasing ur water intake...just to see what happens, maybe u'll look harder...the more water in, the more water out..
