I agree you should talk to a doc. Your gyno is to severe to reverse with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI).

Like I said before the lumps/pain is only present at the beginning of gyno.

Dieting and reducing BF will help I believe.... It will probably make them less severe but you will still have gyno to some degree.

You dont need AAS to diet and lose bodyfat.

You need to eat right and cardio your ass off.

Go talk to 3J in the diet section.

Before you just jump on an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) you should reduce your overall BF%.

You may reduce this gyno somewhat without surgery but it will take a lot of WORK.

CARDIO CARDIO and DIET

Then when you get your BF say under 12% try some Letro.

That probably wont reduce it completely you will still have some gyno. These are just logical guesses... You have a BAD case of GYNO bro.

Surgery will probably have to be done to remove it all.

Denial is the last thing you need right now. It's clearly gyno, all of us on the board agree. Gyno is fatty tissue. we've given you all the advice you could ever ask for and this board has PLENTY of information on gynecomastia. Why are you asking for all this help for your issue if you won't even take the advice given. Accept the fact you have gyno and treat it.

No bro, don't start any steroids before losing the extra fat, just run, run and run some more, until you lose a lot.

Then if you must, go with cutting agents, not bulking, winstrol + anavar, maybe some hgh if it fits into your budget.

HGH and diet did wonders for me.
