How long after donating blood should you wait to have a CBC lab drawn?

I know that, what I'm concerned with is my doctor wants labs drawn. And I need to donate blood the same day. Will my hemo still be high if I have my labs drawn 1 hour after I donate blood?

Drink water immediately after. One hour is cutting it a bit close as HCT is a percentage of solids to liquids in your blood. While donating does lower it, it's only once you've replaced the volume of liquid lost.
