dosage for Policosanol

Nothing right now, but I'm trying to crank my HDL up from a 24. Last cycle was 2 months ago - EQ @ 400mg/wk for 14 weeks.
 
When on take 40mg about 1 hour before you go to bed.

When off take 20mg - Don't expect any results for 2 months.

Cholesterol is produce mainly at night so its best to take it then.

Take 120mg Cq10 with it as well as it lowers the amount of it in your body.

I can't recommend the stuff enough, it doubled my HDL in 6 months, just don't use that stuff made by source naturals....didn't do a thing.
